Pride Games 2020

A big thank you to everyone who came out to Vanier today for our inaugural Pride Games, ye did yourselves proud!

After finishing top of the group, and seeing off a determined Orange Team in a hard fought final, the Yellow Team, captained by Kieran Murphy, took home the trophy for the Co-Ed Football. And after taking the long way to the final, and seeing off the Pink Panthers in the semis, the White Team led by Barry Cox clinched the hurling final, with only two points in it.

Atlantic Crossing

As part of the GAA Healthy Clubs initiative, we have set ourselves the challenge of covering the 4,757 km between Montreal and Dublin by running, walking or cycling- and we invite you to join us!
Between August 22nd and December 31st, log each and every kilometre that you run, walk or cycle with us:
(i) On the Facebook event page
(ii) on our Strava group, which you can join here
or
(iii) manually via Google forms

-Each km walked contributes 2 km to the challenge
-Each km ran contributes 1 km to the challenge
-Each km cycled contributes 0.2 km to the challenge

The results will be updated here on this page on a regular basis.
We will also be scheduling runs, walks and cycles on Facebook and Strava, so keep an eye out for these events coming up in the future.
Share your posts and pictures on the Facebook event page.

Which organization will contribute the most mileage to the whole? Persistence is key!
Best of luck to all!
