GAA World Games 2023

The Shamrocks’ time at the 2023 world games has come to an end, and what a week it’s been!
We’d like to congratulate our members on the Canada camogie and hurling teams. Both of these teams won the shield in their respective competitions. This is a massive achievement and both teams have clearly put down a marker for the future.
And our commiserations to the Quebec men’s football team who went undefeated as far as the quarter-finals for the cup, and to the Quebec ladies’ football who ran out of road in the semi-finals for the shield.
Well done to each and every one of you and we’re looking forward to having ye back in Montreal with stories to tell.

Superleague break

There will be no superleague games for the next few weeks, as a large contingent of Shamrocks will be heading to Ireland for the 2023 World games.
We wish all of our members making the trip the best of luck and we’re looking forward to hearing all about it when they get back.
The 2023 summer superleague will resume on Monday, August 7th starting at 7pm on the back field in Vanier College.
