With the May Tournament only five weeks away, our fitness training is in full swing.
We will be meeting at the Jarry Park for 6:30pm doing an hour or so of work around the park, and ending at about 7:30pm

Join us this Friday in Hurley’s Irish Pub for the Montreal Shamrocks Winter Superleague 2023 awards night. We will be celebrating this years champions across four codes, as well as the best players and our newest batch of rising stars!
