We are inviting all members of the Montreal Shamrocks to the 2026 Assembly General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, October 23rd 2026. The meeting will take place at the Irish Studies Reading Room (H-1001.01) in the Hall building of Concordia University (1550 de Maisonneuve O) at 7:30 pm and will start promptly on time.
We encourage all members to attend the AGM as it is a great opportunity to reflect on the previous year and plan for the upcoming. You will find a list of the executive committee positions we will be voting on attached to this invitation. If you wish to help, do not be afraid to raise your hand as we are always looking for volunteers.
If anyone would like to introduce a rule change to club, county or official GAA rules, the motion must be presented at the AGM. The deadline for submission of a motion is October 10th via email to secretary.montrealshamrocks.ca@gaa.ie.

Nous invitons tous les membres de Shamrocks de Montréal à l’assemblée générale annuelle (AGA) qui se tiendra le vendredi 23 octobre 2026. La rencontre aura lieu dans la Salle de Lecture des Études Irlandaise (H1001.01) du bâtiment Hall de l’université Concordia (1550 de Maisonneuve O) à 19h30 et commencera à l’heure prévue.
Nous encourageons tous les membres à assister à l’AGA car il s’agit d’une excellente opportunité de revoir l’année précédente et de planifier celle à venir. Vous trouverez ci-joint une liste des postes à combler pour lesquels nous voterons à l’AGA. Si vous désirez proposer votre aide, n’hésiter pas à le faire : nous sommes toujours à la recherche de volontaires.
